CAPACITY:
The Mary Wise event space can accommodate 40-50 people with banquet seating or up to 60 people with only chairs.
Room blocks are available for guests attending your event if you wish.

PRICING:

$30 per hour, not pro-rated - Room caps at $200 per day.

$50 deposit in the form of a check, credit card, or cash.

There is a $10 per hour charge for overflow. Overflow is considered when additional guest seating is needed in the lobby, flour, or bar areas.
GUIDELINES:
Guests are responsible for all supplies, catering arrangements, table arrangements, set up, and clean up. Alcohol cannot be brought in but Hotel Greenfield staff are happy to provide bartending service upon request. (Catering recommendations available).
